We deliver to France, throughout the European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the United States, Canada and most other countries (the full list is shown at checkout).
Delivery is free in France and the European Union. For other countries, a shipping fee of €29 applies; it is shown before you confirm your order.
Your order is shipped within 48 hours. It is then delivered within 12 to 15 working days of shipping.
After your purchase, you receive a confirmation email. As soon as your order ships, we email you your tracking number, which you can enter in the "Track my order" section of the website.
As delivery approaches, the local carrier emails you to let you know the delivery day. You can then change the delivery date, choose a pick-up point or another option.
Check the condition of the parcel in the presence of the delivery driver. If it is damaged, write precise reservations on the delivery note, take photos and email us within 48 hours at contact@benoahome.com with your order number.
Please check your address carefully when ordering. You can change it by writing to contact@benoahome.com as long as your order has not shipped. Once the parcel has shipped, the delivery address can no longer be changed.
You can cancel your order free of charge as long as it has not shipped, by writing to contact@benoahome.com with your order number. Once the parcel has shipped, the order can no longer be cancelled, but you can exercise your right of withdrawal under the conditions of our returns policy.
